03. Refund Policy

3.1 General Refund Conditions

PulseAnchorHub operates a milestone-based payment structure for all services. Refund eligibility is assessed based on project progress and deliverable completion status.

3.2 Pre-Project Cancellation

If cancellation occurs before project commencement:

  • Full refund of any advance payments within 14 business days
  • No cancellation fees for projects cancelled within 72 hours of signing

3.3 In-Progress Project Refunds

For projects in progress, refunds are calculated as follows:

  • Milestone 1 (Discovery): 75% refund if cancelled before Phase 2 begins
  • Milestone 2 (Architecture): 50% refund of remaining balance
  • Milestone 3 (Execution): 25% refund of remaining balance
  • Milestone 4 (Delivery): No refund; full payment due

3.4 Quality Disputes

If deliverables do not meet agreed specifications:

  • Written notice must be provided within 14 days of delivery
  • We will remediate issues within 30 days at no additional cost
  • If remediation is unsuccessful, proportional refund will be issued

3.5 Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Submit written request to [email protected]
  • Include contract reference and reason for refund
  • Refund review completed within 5 business days
  • Approved refunds processed within 14 business days

3.6 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Third-party licensing fees already incurred
  • Domain registration and hosting fees
  • Custom asset creation (photography, illustration, video)

04. Terms of Service

4.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by PulseAnchorHub ("Provider"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

4.2 Scope of Services

Services are defined in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement. The Provider delivers services with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with generally accepted industry standards.

4.3 Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary systems and information
  • Designate authorized representatives for project communications
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule

4.4 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client receives:

  • Full ownership of custom-developed code and assets
  • Perpetual license to all deliverables
  • Source code access and documentation

The Provider retains rights to:

  • General methodologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Pre-existing intellectual property incorporated with permission

4.5 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for a period of 3 years.

4.6 Limitation of Liability

The Provider's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid under the applicable Service Agreement. Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

4.7 Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. The Provider may terminate immediately if:

  • Payment is overdue by more than 30 days
  • The Client breaches material terms
  • The Client becomes insolvent

4.8 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bucharest, Romania, under the rules of the Bucharest Chamber of Commerce.
